Ushijima the Loan Shark Manga Gets New Spinoff Manga
Shogakukan’s Manga ONE application reported that manga creator Ōdō Yamazaki will send off a new side project manga series of Shohei Manabe’s Ushijima the Predatory lender manga named, Shōnen-in Ushijima-kun (Ushijima-kun in Corrective School) on January 30. The manga’s story fixates on Ushijima’s more youthful days as a delinquent in a correctional change school.
Yamazaki sent off the Yamikin Ushijima-kun Gaiden: Ramen Namerikawa-san (Ushijima the Predatory lender Side Story: Ramen Namerikawa) manga (imagined right), likewise a side project of Manabe’s manga on Shogakukan’s web-based magazine Yawaraka Spirits in December 2017. The manga finished in its fifth volume in May 2019.
Yu Hayato likewise sent off the continuous Yamikin Ushijima-kun Nikumamushi Densetsu (Ushijima the Predatory lender: The Legend of Nikumamushi) side project manga on Shogakukan’s web-based magazine Yawaraka Spirits in February 2017. Shogakukan distributed the manga’s sixteenth arranged book volume in November.
Manabe sent off the fundamental Ushijima the Predatory lender manga in Week by week Huge Comic Spirits in 2004, and finished the series in Walk 2019. The manga’s 46th and last volume delivered in May 2019.
The fundamental manga won in the Overall class of the 56th Shogakukan Manga Grants in 2011. The series was selected for an Osamu Tezuka Culture Prize in 2008 and 2010, as well with respect to France’s Angoulême Comics Grants in 2008.
The manga’s true to life TV series transformation ran from October-December 2010, and the principal film opened in August 2012. A subsequent season debuted in January 2014, with a subsequent film then, at that point, debuting in May 2014. The third season debuted in July 2016, while the third film opened in Japan in September 2016. The fourth and last true to life film, Yamikin Ushijima-kun The Last, opened in Japan in October 2016. A true to life side project series named Yamikin Ushijima-kun Gaiden Yamikin Saihara-san (Ushijima the Predatory lender Side Story: Saihara the Predatory lender) debuted in Japan in September.
